I tasted a lot of shakes! I like Premier Protein shakes the best. I get chocolate, vanilla and strawberry. Then I add coffee to the chocolate and the vanilla. I add pumpkin pie spice to the vanilla.

I'm Weird: I'm Afraid of Losing Any More Weight
MsCyrus replied to Cognorati001's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I will be going through this after my Monday surgery. We discussed this topic in our surgeons classes. I got a therapist to help sort this out. I want to be slim. I will need to lose more than I had originally thought about. I am going for a 6. I have never bought a 6 as an adult. I remember being an 8 and a 10 but that was in 1985. If attention from others is making you uncomfortable then can you take the time to look into that? I won't be wearing tight clothes. It will be very strange to get attention after being "invisible" all the time I have been overweight. Also, can you post this same topic in other forums and Google this as well to get more information? I am so sorry you are uncomfortable. You deserve to be incredibly happy after being so brave! ! -
The One Thing No One Tells You About Losing Weight

I see an estitician for my skin. She is licensed and also a registered nurse with 25 years in the plastic surgeon field. There are many options available thst are less expensive than Rodan and Fields. I am excited to see what she can do if I have the sagging skin! -
December 2015 or January 2016 sleevers ?
MsCyrus replied to neequa25's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I am on day 5 of all liquids to shrink the liver. Today is easily the hardest. I want real food and I don't mean salads! I had lost every morning when I weighed in and this morning gained 2.9 lbs. Makes no sense that I gained. Oh well, right? ? My husband has been very supportive. He told me today he was afraid he wasn't going to say the right thing in the next couple of weeks. I am being more clear on the verbal support I will need! -
Coffee Protein Powder! Is it safe for us?
MsCyrus replied to sksh's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
The sugar on the one is 6 grams and we should look for 5 grams and under so I would totally still try it! We need to see the list of ingredients. That is what can tell us if our tummies can take it. Cool stuff! There are different kinds of Protein so I will go check.... -

Pattywat!! You look 10 years younger!! Your smile is radiant! -
I am in my 7 days of liquid pre-op stage and already know a stall will be tough. Everyone say stay off the scale...BUT...I can tell I will be weighing regularly. I gained 3 lbs since yesterday and this is the liver cleanse liquid stage where lots lose 10 lbs or more! Yikes!!! I talked to my husband and explained stalls to him and how he can support me since we get the stalls! My class taught us to increase our calorie count by 200 calories a day and increase our exercise and to try a new form of exercise. Then track everything! I hope you all pass through your stall soon! I will be crossing my fingers for you!!

Marcy! You look great! I bought a new scale to measure my increasing fitness but will want to know my weight. I couldn't wait to find out!!

The Premier Protein shakes are available everywhere and are not expensive, are ready to drink and are my favorite. The 30 grams of protein should help with hungry tummy! I get all 3 flavors. I added coffee to my chocolate shake for mocha. I added Torani sugar free syrups to my vanilla shakes and can make so many flavors.
