I was evaluated in the er...I never thought you were a dr but was posing the condition to see if someone else had the same and if they possibly had an idea

I am having that currently

constipation, irritability, hormone fluctuations, being cold often, acid reflux, hair loss, change in tastes, those are a few common ones. if you read through this forum you will find a lot of answers. check out youtube pinterest instagram you need to research all the pros/cons. all in all its a good move to regain your life.

IM STILL 325# IM GOING TO WITHDRAW MYSELF FROM THIS CHALLENGE. I HAVENT BEEN EATING WRONG FOODS OR OVER EATING I HAVE BEEN STEPPING UP MY WORK OUT BUT CANT LOSE A POUND FOR A MONTH NOW. THIS IS VERY DISCOURAGING AND JUST NEED TO FACE REALITY THAT THIS ISNT FOR ME ANYMORE. IM NOT GOING BACK TO OLD WAYS OR ANYTHING BUT IM JUST NOT GOING TO POST ON THIS SITE. YES AND THE JUDGERS WILL SAY IM HAVING A PITY PARTY AND MAYBE THATS TRUE BUT FOR NOW THATS OK IM THE ONLY ONE INVITED.

i take muscle relaxers when i have a lot of pain . i tend to sit a long time at work and the posture really affects the back/neck. i take ibuprofen. my dr said on occasion it is fine to take 2. depending on how bad a sneak a third. im still abig girl so its more effective. tylenol arthritis is another good one it is much stronger than the extra strength. all permissive buy my dr.
