Just keep in mind if you up the amount of protein shakes like every 2 hours that's 12 a day they have approximately 160 calories. My doctors office only allows 3-4 shakes then water calorie/sugar free drinks broth with either no or super low sodium. It's hard but keep your eye on the prize....keep busy, drink more water, try sugar free jello so it seems like ur eating....it is a mind adjustment easier said then done I will pray God gives u the strength and a good diversion to get through. [emoji179]

My doctors office asked me when I wanted to have my sleeve done...they told me my insurance approves faster when there is a date picked...I have Illinois Medicaid blue cross community health and picked July 26....just my 2 cents [emoji847]

Well the dr office is going to submit to the insurance and I picked to do it July 26. Giving me more time to get things in order and mentally prepare myself...I would love to have some sleeve buddies and mentors....I've been watching a lot of YouTube and reading blogs....I'm scared but excited at the same time

Well I'm on my way for an EGD...the test alone is not scary but what my Dr might decide. This is revisional for me band to sleeve. I had the band 2007 lost about 85 pounds but went through some traumatic times in a short period of time. Was married to an abuser I had lost a good amount in a short time got pregnant with twins was punched hard multiple times in the stomach lost one baby to a miscarriage and then the other to etopic pregnancy...father diagnosed with cancer died 6 months later. Fractured my arm near my elbow but husband wouldn't let me go to the hospital till it already started healing....by February 2008 he went to jail and I got to rebuild my life...took a couple times of homelessness and unemployed to be where I am.....in a much better place...the band had me over restricted so much so that I had it removed in 2010. Unfortunately I gained all my weight back... my whole point is that the dr is hesitating if it has been eroded...I just need prayers...I need a do over...I've suffered relentlessly and Ive been researching and I'm ready and wanting to do this for the right reasons....please pray that he will see the possibilities of doing this surgery....thank you for listening....

Now just waiting for them to submit to insurance....I'm so relieved....believe me I'm gonna have questions I'm just a curious person...been doing a lot of research so far....I love how the community comes together

There is no blood test for fibromyalgia...they do a 16 point check on ur body and diagnose it that way

My dr office said they have better approvals when there's a date on the table
