I have wondered this as well. I am 8 months out and have stalled at my weight loss for over a month and I wondered if it was because of my calorie intake. I DO NOT EAT WHITE FOOD. Excerise 5 days a week and consume 800 calories a day. I havent been able to consume more then that I guess its a mental thing for me. I am 10 pounds from goal and would do flips if I could hit my goal by my 1 year anniversary.
