I am now 6 weeks post op. I have lost a total of 65 lbs since starting my 2 week liquid diet. attached is my before pic and today. Hang in there...it's worth it

Do you take Vitamin B12? I take one pill a week -sublingual 2500mc (dissolves under the tongue). It really helps with the energy. -
Thought I would pop in to give an update. 1 week follow up went well. I had lost 21 lbs during week 1. That was a shocker wasn't expecting so much in a week. That makes 41 lbs total lost since starting liver diet. Moved on to full liquids this week. Also bumped up my walking time. Still getting tired pretty easily but feeling great. Tink

Surgery went well. Better than I expected really. I got to go home today. I've had minimal pain and haven't took any pain meds. Sipping and walking and sipping and walking. how did surgery go?
