I used Dr. Garcia November 16th... Great doctor and great staff!

I am down 72 pounds but in the past few weeks I am not losing. I eat low calorie. not sugar, healthy, and working out at least 6 days a week. However, I am feeling hungry much more. I know I've lost quite a bit already but get a little discouraged. Any advice or help!!

Before the surgery I had no problems with the Protein drinks expect using the whey powder I instantly got so sick I couldn't get out of bed. However, the Muscle Milk Lite was great. Now the one sip and gag. I am a just a few days away from being able to do soft scrambled eggs which I feel will help me. I think I am over the drinking my dinner... lol and the sweetness is overbearing. I would like to do more chicken flavored protein but the smell makes me sick. I feel like my stomach is super sensitive since the surgery. I feel very weak but I am sure it's from the lack of protein. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Thank God it not just me! I'm now 10 Days postop & I really want to chew something... Preferable not sweet!
