  1. Had my surgery on December 15th. Surgery went well, had some horrible retching for a bit after but it resolved nicely. I have no real issues since then, other than strangely I am not able to use my CPAP machine, it makes me horribly nauseous. I'm a bit of a slow looser down 32 pounds, but I am happy with my progress. I went back to work last week, and feel 100% better since, I think just getting out and doing something was a help.
  2. Runny nose and sneezing is another sign of being full, I just read an article about it. It happens to me too

I too quit smoking 7 years ago, that DID NOT help with weight, but I don't for one minute regret doing it. And oh by the way I just became a Grandma! Super awesome best thing ever! So I want to get my health back for my kids and grandchild as much as I want this for myself

Hi Kris, I'm new here too, I too am in Ontario, I am scheduled for surgery Tuesday December 15, my processes has been super fast so I'm still trying to wrap my head around all of it. I'm on day 8 of Opti Fast, have lost 8lbs on it, miss food like crazy but hanging on! I was referred in June of this year, but I have been thinking of doing this for 2 years so I had all the stuff I needed done before hand done. I was so sick and tired of being sick and tired and fighting with my weight, no longer liked who I saw in the mirror so here I am! Hope you get your date soon!
