I'm day 8 and almost like normal. Almost. I get a lil pain here and ther, like someone said, usually when I drink too fast or much. Still trying to figure out how much is to much and my broth, tea, protein etc is digesting slower so...
OMG!!! I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE!!! I'm 8 days in. The broth is making me nauseous. I had to start making my own broth & even that's not working. I've started apple sauce & yogurt but im tired of sweet things. What to do?
