Hi Carrie the group is the last monday of every month I have booked Beech House 4 mths in advance. I am hoping to get Bruce Tulloch wife to come and do a talk as she is the same as Carol Sutherland but she is more into the obsity side of things. Hope she will agree to do it cause I think it would be interesting for everyone. The group starts a 6.30pm ish to 7.00pm. cheers Elaine

hi thank you for your lovely comments regarding my b4 and after pic,s I still have 56lb to loss but I am just passed my 1st year, having the band done at spiremurrayfield in edinburgh has certainly saved my life, as I WAS ON 11 DIFFERENT MEDS FOR MY DIABETES AND MY HIGH B/P.
