I just ordered a pair in the regular size since the plus size fit me big. I also ordered the tunic. Looking forward to receiving the package next week. ???? -

I ordered a pair from the amazon site and the plus size fit me big. I am wearing a size 16 plus at the time and the plus leggings fit me big. I would say the quality of the leggings is good for the price. I have been using them to sleep on cold days. I plan to order a another pair in regular size to compare. I have not tried LR brand yet since my body is still in transition I would not want to spend too much money on leggings. -

Stupid things people say when they find out you've had surgery....

Every time i visit my in laws I get the "0h my is that all you are going to eat" from my mother in law. I tell her yes did you forget that my new stomach can only hold a few ounces of food. She tells me oh but it is so little, aren't you still hungry? ???? Then I give my husband a look and he tells her mom you are not listening. She is like well it is just odd to me that you eat so little, you look pale. Do you feel okay? ???? I say, I feel fine. I think you are having a hard time adjusting to me eating smaller portions. Don't worry you will get used to it. She says well maybe but you look a little pale. I say well I may look pale to you but I feel great. ???????? -

Try the bariatric advantage chewable calcium. Then chocolate flavor taste like a tootsie roll. The coconut flavor is also tasty. Anything liquid form is going to taste nasty. Regarding your workouts there are days you will feel more energetic than others. You are only a few weeks out so give it time. Everyone's body is different. I would get dizzy up until 4/5 months out. The surgery is a big adjustment to our bodies so dont be too hard on yourself. You are doing amazing! ???????? -

I take the Bariatric Advantage Multivitamin with Iron. They are the best. Yet, you should still use the chewable until you are cleared for regular pills. Sent from my SM-T210R using the BariatricPal App -

Any advice on what to do with bras and holding the girls in place with all the transitions? I am having a hard time finding bras that fit well. -
Taking pills, how far apart?
LMSWNYC replied to TiredOfMyself's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I was told by my center to take chewable for three months post op. I never tried taking an entire pill. Tylenol i would crush. My mom purchased a pill crusher for me at the pharmacy which came in very handy. -
