I want to be healthy and active! I am having surgery 11/28/15. I am excitedly nervous. I am ready to get going with this. It does scare me that I am divorcing my relationship with food! I'm scared I will miss it! But I am ready to be free from the pull! I am ready to use this tool and do the work necessary to be healthy! Change is scary for me but I am ready!
