I did it for Heath reasons theirs things I don't like about it but my Heath comes first my sugars are better and feel so much better Heath wise it dies get better one day at a time -

My surgery was 4/21 and the first three days were a bitch but now I'm on day 5 and I'm drinking water and protein better broth is going down great I haven't weigh myself yet waiting for doctors visit. I'm just amazed how our bodies heal so quickly thank you Jesus he brought me threw this hang in there everybody we will all get through this one day at a time!! -
