Thanks! I was thinking I was doing good because it was on the list of soft food. Protein from now on thanks for the help guys! -
Is it normal for me to eat something and then still be hungry. I am 63 days out. For the past week I have not drink any protein in but i did get my water in is this why I feel so hungry because I had no protein? I AM FEELING LIKE MY SURGERY DID NOT WORK!!!!!!

I just been eating mashed potatoes or grits veggies. I know the surgery is not magic I wanted something different besides a protein drink and water I don't do sugar any thing like that and I don't eat after 8 pm. -

I had the band done in 2010. Lost 80 lbs. Then I hot an ulcers so the had to deflate my band I gain all my weight back and then some. I had my sleeve Don on 11/2. I am down 24 lbs, I still feel hungery I don't know why. Am really thinking if they remove my stomach. That's got -

My husband said I was in there for an hour And I had my lap band removed -
I had my surgery on 11/2. I have a very embarrassing question. Me and my husband was getting our groove back in the middle of it I felt a pop in my stomach. Now am scared something is wrong it was on the left side where the stitches are. Is this normal? Please help!!!!!!!!!
