Hi Ladies! I'm getting sleeved on 12/7. I'm currently on a liquids only diet, and it's going pretty well! I was feeling a little dizziness yesterday, but nothing I can't handle. I tell myself that if I can get through this, then I can get through anything in life. I'm getting sleeved in New Orleans, LA -

I am the same day and start my pre-op diet Monday as well. What is your pre-op diet? All liquids or low carb?? Congratulations!! All liquids for me. I've been doing Paleo for about 4 years, so low carb wouldn't bother me. Liquids only is definitely going to test my will. lol! But I am going to make my own broth and just try to stay focused on my end goal.

I told my immediate team and close friends at work. I'm not ashamed of it, but I didn't want to hear the stories from medical experts of someone they know who died, or had complications etc. When I return, I'll be happy to share why I was out! I am taking 5 weeks off.
