Surgery date 10th dec. anxious, excited, worried bout post op clear soups. Have made some soup and frozen but don't think its classed as clear

if you have a trader joe's near you, they have a really delicious low sodium broth that was perfect for the clear phase. Luckily, it's not usually a long phase. You'll do great!
