I had my surgery on November 9th. At first, I wasn't going to tell many people, other than family. I told my two bosses early on, because of all the time I had to take off for the tests and they were nothing but supportive. Right before the surgery, I told a few of the girls I work with and get along with well and again, they were nothing but supportive. I told some other family afterwards and they're very supportive as well. Not one of them has said anything negative about it, which is what I was worried about. I do not regret telling them at all. The support is really helpful.
