I like the taste of the unjury shakes made with almond milk (I can't have regular milk). I like to add PB2 to chocolate or vanilla.
The designer whey Protein is second in taste in my thought.
I made myself Soup with chicken broth, mushroom broth and lots of fresh and frozen veggies and herbs to eat slowly when I want something savory (ok'd by my Nutritionist).
