Hi you guys I had my surgery in May also how are you guys feeling now ? I still can't have more than one small tortilla and meats are difficult for me to keep down I'm just starting on a little chicken it's actually kind of weird but I can have bread everyday I can finally drink soda beer and coffee I miss eating pasta tho i was 165 at age 23 and since then I'm at 120 I really miss eating a lot but I feel way healthier I think I had a food obsession before this operation their for I'm sure this was the right way to go . Lmk what you guys are eating sometimes in scared I'm not putting enough calories in my daily intake I'm a little tired of protein shakes Now.
