I posted it on my Facebook and basically said after serious consideration and speaking with several people in the medical field, I've decided to have a gastric bypass. I really think it made things easier because I didn't have to explain why I was dropping so much weight. No one said anything negative and to be honest, I wouldn't care if they did. It's my decision and not theirs. Maybe guys look at it different, I don't know.

I was planning on excercise and sex to be my transfer addictions but neither really worked out for me Now that's an addiction right there. But I say no to excersice lol

It will ask them and see what they say. I would hope that they all say the same thing or at least similar. I've heard it a few times that net carbs is the number you go by but you are the first to say otherwise.

You look awesome. Just keep it up and you will get there. I switched up some of what I was eating to break my stall. I went right at a month before I started losing again -

@@rking is right. Get past the liquid diet and it will be easier after that

I think everybody's different and that's probably going to be up to your body. The thing that I noticed was I didn't hurt from the surgery but because of my diet change my energy levels were really low so you may feel up to it but until you get back on solid foods you may not be able to go through with it.
