It's not as bad as I thought. Your not hungry. Eat slowly you fill up and it's so much cheaper.

@esmi2015 mine was 3 months ago. The worst for me was pretty op diet. It was really hard to do the 2 week liquid diet. SURGERY was not bad a r all. I can't eat alot but it's a new way of eating. Just eat slow and you get filled. Hw250 Sw239 Cw 187
