You are not the only one. Today I pass out on the couch for 3 hours. I do s protein shake for breakfast and one for dinner. I drink has much water I can get down. I will have clear soup for lunch. Make sure you take your B12. -

It's also important 2 take all your vitamins and B12 is so important for energy. I miss my vitamin for 1 day . I felt so weak. Don't miss a day. You will sleep a lot . Some days are better then others. If you can take 2 weeks off do it. ???? good luck. -

Does anyone have any suggestions on how 2 keep liquids from hurting my stomach. Each time I drink my stomach hurt. 7 days since my surgery. Lost only 10 lbs. Is that good? Help what food can I eat for my second week ???? -
