What's the one thing you've eaten that you probably shouldn't?

Every time I eat anything, I get a fullness (and sometimes) pain in my chest. I don't think I'm eating too much. Maybe I'm not chewing enough. It's so uncomfortable. Is anyone else experiencing this? Also, after every meal I get hiccups.

I'm 5 weeks out. Sleeve. Lost 30 lbs so far. Just had some baked chicken for lunch. After the 2nd bite I feel like it's stuck in my chest.

I hated salads before surgery. Now I want them all the time and I can't have them yet.
