    Hey All, I'm considering "Emotional First+ Aid Kit" by Cynthia Alexander. Also "The Big Book on Gastric Bypass" by Alex Brecher Do any of you have any other recommendations? My surgery date is April 12th, and I'm getting kind of nervous about food stuff after surgery, as well as dealing with the emotions that will come up during my journey. Thanks to anyone with any tips! Janice
