  1. I'm sure this has been answered and asked a million times but I can't seem to find exactly what I'm looking for. I'm 3 days post op my surgery was Wednesday November 11 and I'm having such a hard time getting in enough liquids and proteins. I am doing pretty good just sipping on water but anything that has a strong flavor (broths, popsicles, protein shakes) I'm having such a hard time consuming. I have the pro stat citrus protein supplement I purchased before surgery and it is just way to strong now. Can anyone give me some tips on getting in more liquid and protein in something a little more appetizing?
