    Hi everyone! Sleeved 11/16. Weight day of surgery-269 CW 244 I'd love to see a private FB group! I'm having a hard time getting all the Protein in. Seems like I take 2 steps forward and 1 step back. Hopefully I will find a good rhythm soon!
