Does everyone's hair fall out?

I have noticed my hair falling out and thinning but at the time I wasn't taking any biotin or calcium citrate to help prevent it now I am and I'm noticing less and less hair falling out and it us getting thicker -
i have been exercising regularly for the past 7 months and it only started recently doing it i dont go too heavy or too light on my weights i go where i feel the "burn"and i can do high reps so i can burn fat and gain muscle which has worked for me i have seen gains in the size of my muscles from my arms to my legs

i havent tracked my sodium intake as of yet just because i dont feel bloated or Water logged i just see it on the scale but since i have just started to decrease my water intake i havent seen results yet but i will check it out on monday when the gain seems to happen

Numbness in outer thigh

ive had mine since before my surgery from what i read on line for me its due to being overweight but since the surgery it is slowly going away -
i am having major problems with Water retention in the 2 days that i rest from working out i gain just north of 9-10lbs from friday to monday and there is no difference in my diet other than i dont ingest as much Protein as i do during the week when i do work out. the weight does come off about wednesday or thursday and then some but i know i am losing percentage wise it just gets difficult to see all the hard work "vanish" on monday when i weigh in. i have cut back on my water drinking to be is the ballpark of 64-74 oz of water i think i was doing 96-132 oz a day. i do not go back to the my dr. for another 3 weeks is there anyone else who has experienced this same problem or is in the same boat as me
