      You can do it!!! Get rid of those finger foods and bad foods. If they are not there and you don't have access to them, you will not eat them!

      you have to get your mind into it or you will continue the mindless eating - I have days where I graze if I don't find something else to do. Get outside, walk, garden - anything away from food. take your water.

    I apsolutly feel the same way im more than half way threw the beginning process, its very nerve wracking and stressful. ive seen so many doctors as well so far it feels never ending. its def a waiting game. im trying to just think about the end purpose. Good luck hun.
