I have not stocked up on anything yet lol you are ahead of the game I have not stopped smoking either.... I know that's hard and I'm afraid I won't be able to stop. Worse habit ever!! I'm at 256 now. I can't wait to be under 200lbs. I'm 31 and have been over 200lbs since high school. I'm not too nervous anymore thank goodness

I go to the doc Monday to schedule my appt and I've read some horror stories with post op patients. I'm freaking myself out. I understand with any surgery there are complications. I am thinking of backing out. Did anyone else feel this way before surgery?
