I had the band in 2008 and loss 120lbs and in the fall of 2014 started having bad reflux by the time I had my band out in November they found out my band was severely slipped and they couldn't do my sleeve at the same by the time I had my sleeve. In February witch I had to wait the 3 months I had gained all but 20 lbs of the 120 but after a month since my surgery I know. The sleeve was the right choice I've lost 35!lbs and I feel a lot more healthier good luck what ever you choose but don't get discourage if you have to wait

They have a black tea flavor that taste like ice tea that is good

I think it also has a lot to do with how much you might have lost pre-op I didn't lose that much. I have lost 30lbs so far since my surgery on February 11 but I think it has to do with exercise the de said I can do More I have been walking about 3 miles a day with one of those tracker things good luck and keep. Up the good work

I not only just had my sleeve done 2 weeks ago but I am also a scrub nurse who works with several bariatric surgeon you should choose some one who you are comfortable they all do the procedure basically the same some take more I also have anthem and once you have approval it stays but you need that 3 months pre op to get approved I believe but the new surgeons office should be able to tell u more good luck there are a lot off good caring. Drs out there

I had my band same year and almost identical story witch why replying I had my sleeve and hiatal hernia repair Thursday and. 4 days post off I'm sore but taking all my liquid well didn't have to take to many pain meds so far so goo good luck
