I am in the very same position, I've told my close family, husband. I feel like no one cares and if I bring it up everything is always got to be negative. @ shay wells, mine is the 31 as well my first pre op is on the 19th they have not went over any pre op liquid diet at all yet leading to to the surgery. Anxious and nervous! Hi hun im just at about 6 months threw the process also i started back in August of 15 im getting so anxious and ready for this but it feels like the process is never gonna end it gets so fustrating. im also 5"2 and about 205 as of now, i have one nutrition app this month then one next month, then all i think is left is the medical clerance and waiting to be approved. nervous/ exited! -

what are the basic things needed for after surgery, supplys, food, tool&tips? looking to be prepared for after to have some insite on people who have already had the surgery and how they prepared??

im also still pre op and cant seem to get ahould on things. I have days where im like ok this is it im gonna start fresh and start eating better and then theirs days when I just cant control it as well. its very hard but you will make it threw you gotta be strong if you want a healthier life.
