Did you keep your surgery a secret?

I have kept this a secret to my close friends and my immediate family. I've told my BF at work and she's been extremely supportive, I've recently started a Pre-Pre-Op diet on my own and she's joined me through this process. My hubby is extremely supportive and my kids as well. I'm very open person but this has kept my mouth shut. Maybe after some time I will open up, till then my mouth is closed. -
I would love some information, I definitely want to have surgery in Mexico and thought I picked a great doctor. However reading more about this doctor I'm very interested.
