    Any Tijuana Sleevers?

I saw Dr. Juan Lopez Corvala at Angeles Health in Tijuana. It felt very safe. I lived in San Diego at the time so transportation was easy for me, you would probably fly into SD and then drive across the border. Do your research first, but I would definitely recommend it! The savings alone made it worth it.
  2. I had mine done at Angeles Health in Tijuana! It came with a 2 night hospital stay included in the price. Since I was living in San Diego at the time it was pretty easy for me to travel home after, but I think they offer transportation to the airport if you fly.

    I'm new here!

@@goingtoskinny soon I was on liquids for two weeks (that was the worst!). My only tip is to listen to your doctor! Don't try to cheat your diet. And good luck!

    I'm new here!

@@goingtoskinny soon Take it one day at a time! I know how you feel about being obsessed with the scale. What helped me was to pick one exact time each week (well I did twice a week) to weigh myself and no matter how badly I wanted too, not to look any other day. Don't obsess over every pound! As long as your weight is trending down everything will be okay. Just wait and see where you are in a few months!!!
  5. Hi everyone! My name is Meghan and I am 5 years post. I am a mom of 3 AMAZING children and am lucky to get stay home with them full time right now. The best part of losing weight is being able to walk around on the beach with them all day and not be in so much pain! I decided to join this forum to re-inspire me to keep losing. I gained a little weight since I've been at home more and I know I have the toolset to lose it if I apply myself. A little more about me, I had gastric sleeve surgery at a hospital in Tijuana Mexico (it was very safe and I would recommend it to anyone). A lot of people on here seem to be newbies. I would love to hear from other veterans about your experience!
