I'm 5 days out and beginning to have Charlie horse in calf
ladyperro2 replied to kat27641's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I was having this issue pre surgery and end up having to be admitted to the hospital because I had muscle inflammation. I was not dehydrated or anything like that. Now 3 months post op i haven't experienced it much and im taking supplements that target muscle and nerves. Sent from my SM-G925P using the BariatricPal App -

I'm approaching my 4 week post op as well and I can relate to a lot of the things listed. I really need to improve on my walking. My surgeon released me from all physical restrictions at 6 weeks, so I'm looking forward to joining a gym and maybe even getting a personal trainer. How much progress(weight loss) have you made so far? Good Luck to you! -
