Hello everyone! I need help!! I had surgery on 10/14 and the past week I have not lost a pound I have been at the same weight and I am freaking out. I am not sure how to go back to loosing the weight.

Dub, Have you noticed if you like cold or Hot drinks? My new tummy loves to have extra extra cold drinks. And I just get headaches from the zofran they gave me for stomach aches so I had to try it. I was so scared. I heard about stretching of the stomach. The bubbles give you burps and gas. I think that is the majority complaint about soda. I am not a huge soda drinker to begin with. But ginger ale is needed in my house.

Thank you Dub! I can hardly even eat a serving size still and the only lapse I have had was I was not feeling well and had some ginger ale which some say is horrible and some say not. Inner surfer girl, I was just reading your post! Thank you so much! That was so extremely helpful!!
