Well I'm finally feeling like a person again. I was finally able to force myself to get the fluids in plus the Protein shakes. But has anyone else had problems with reg. (Skim milk 90 calories )? I have so I switched to powdered protein and cashew milk yesterday , but I think I forced myself to drink too much Fluid too fast and was up till 5am cleaning and exercising to get rid if gas pains in my left shoulder and indigestion . Ugh! Never do that again. So I've only sipped 8oz crystal light so far. And about to get on treadmill for about 15 mins then try the Protein powder and cashew unsweetened milk (25 calories ) and take tiny sips super slowy and see how it goes. Wish me luck! I think it's a great idea to check and see if it is kidney problems.

I'm having the same problem. And did the same thing. Like changing sheets and even spraying down the bed , carpet and whole bedroom with bug spray thinking that something was biting me. But it wasnt. And I even have welts and rashes behind my ears, back of my neck and everything.

You look so pretty! So do you. I posted this on Facebook as my weight loss journey and my niece posted that she was so happy for me she could just cry. It makes me think just how bad did I look to them. Lol! She said it was pretty bad when she called me. She said I just looked and acted as though I had just given up on life. Sorry I haven't on here in a while. But here's a few of my after pics a couple of weeks ago. I haven't taken any since because I feel like I'm at stall right now so I joined a gym. But I have been around 272 and 268 lately ,that's why I gotta get on the ball my exercise . I had stopped for a while because I was so sick and had this acid reflux crap! Ugh! I was told it was trapped gas and to walk as much as possible and it did the trick. Even if I had to be on the treadmill while I was drinking my Protein shake . Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk

I had surgery 11/11/15. I woke up with rapid heart rate. I took my blood pressure, it was 113/87 & 94pulse, then about 1/2 hour later while still lying down it was 118/76 P90. Anyone else have this problem? I went to see my surgeon 2 days ago for the extreme dizziness, it's been corrected now this! Please any guesses?

Does anyone else get dizzy when they stand up? It's been happening to me a lot the last few days and super tired.

@@bellabloom that's funt, because I had surgery 11/11 and I still have a lot of trouble getting in just 1 Protein shake and 1 meal a day. I'm m still struggling so, that now when I eat and it's really good and I want it, I just chew and spit it out cause I know it's going to be so hard to get it down and if it does it may not stay anyway. How much good should I be eating at 3 weeks out? I'm not sure at what to shoot for. I ate a small piece of grilled catfish and half of a boiled egg and couldn't finish it. Almost half of it left. And why does no one ever tell you these things?

Same thing with me. I can't even drink anything for hours afterwards. That's why today, I'm starting with my Protein shakes and Water. And then later this evening if I get hungry I will attempt a meal. Because my nutritionist said it's more important to get fluids in than food at this point. That's true . I think if some of us had followed simple rules like this, we may not have needed the surgery to beg with, I know I don't think I would have. I also think it's a great idea to have the rest of the family follow some of our rules too, especially if they are or are prone to gaining weight. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk
