Hi indiogirl, i was banded 3-28-08 at 247lbs and i have only lost 43lbs.i try to stay at 800 to 1000 cal a day. I have about 4 fills. I was at 6.4 last fill took me to 7.2 doc said he doesn't want to see me for 3-4 months. I still get hungary and not moving the scale. What's the problem???? Please help

Hello, your doing great, i was banded 3-28-08 and have only lost 35lbs-how did you do it? I'm at a stand still and a little frustrated to say the least!

hello everyband,
i was banded 3-28-2008 at 247lbs and now weigh in at 216. Im stuck at this weight and don't know what to do! I work out atleast twice a week but now what???? Help
