Starting to panic a little. 7 days post op sleeve. Drank 1200ml yesterday and drank 2 litres too day. CAN I DRINK 2 much (water only) ?

Hi, im 7 days post op sleeve . In 10 days I need to go back to work. Its hot where I live at the moment 95 deg and hi humidity. Will I survive at work on 64oz of fluid ?

Im worried Im drinking too much 7 days post op ?

I have mistaken my specs. I thought 1500ml was 64oz but 2000ml (2litres) is 64oz so I just added a much needed 500ml to my water allowance. I am walking daily 30min and its very hot just sitting around. Im sipping my water because mouthfuls hurt but I am thirsty all day. Im worried about drinking too much. Is 64oz min or max ?

I do a fairly physical job (truck mechanic) and their def is no a/c in the workshop. And this time of year it is very hot. Normally I smash thru 5 litres of water per shift and sweat a lot. Just worried now only fit in 1.5Litres

During 2010-2011 I was contracting and working alot. I also was single. I started going to my fav restaurant Fri and Sat nights. I struck up a good friendship with the staff and soon had my own menu and table. They would place my drink on table at 8.00 as walked in the door. I even had a parking space on the sidewalk out front for my roadbike, so it became that I ate there every night of the week ! And not many healthy meals did I order. I felt like a Soprano and looked like one after few months. What-ya-gunna-do ? . I put on so much damn weight. So here it is in 2015 and after reaching Bobby Baculari size I have sleeve surgery.

Id def get a big block Eldorado mid 80s or a 64 Bb Vette,or a Tunnel rammed Ftruck or a Tbucket or 67 Camaro. Oh yeah I got sleeved last week. Hello my friends (tips hat) Got home couple hours ago from having gastric sleeve. Could someone please tell me a rough idea of how many millilitres per day my intake should be on this liquid diet. I am 6 ft 2 and 365 pounds. Thanks Redmond

Im obese (365lb) and a 6 foot 2 and a redhead. I had my sleeve few days ago. Im lucky that if people are rude to me Im happy enough to punch them. Not the solution for everyone but sure stops people thinking they can bitch me about my weight....

Zucchini is great if you cut "wheels" of zuc about 4mm thick. Lay them on a baking tray and bake for 40min . Turning once. Super nice zuk

I am having my sleeve operation tomorrow and I for the past 11 years I have not eaten meat. I eat dairy and eggs. Any vego out there give me an idea on post op first 4 weeeks please. Thanks

At first I decided to keep it from my co workers etc. As surgery got closer I started telling few close friends . Then I realised I really dont care who knows. I filled in my sick leave form at work and put in capital letters OBESITY SURGERY . I then scanned it to 19 people at my work with subject title (in capitals) again ANY QUESTIONS. I guess worrying about what people think of me is of little consequence . Life is an hourglass and the sand is only at the top once. So Im having sleeve to reclaim my life if anybody judges me (and they will) I couldn't give a sh*t . Lets roll on and enjoy this life. To all you people out there who are stressing about what people thing about your surgery how about You become a stress doner and pass your stress to me and I will happily ignore it and you can give your self some relief.,deal ?

Runner 1. Did you get operation ?

I am 7 days out of sleeve operation. I have been meat free for 11 years. I am getting my operation next Thursday. I eat dairy and eggs. No meat at all 11 years.
