I've lost about 30 lbs since the original post, so the whole "stall" thing is truth...Now it seems I'm stuck in one again.
I've been stuck at 307 lb for a little over a week. I'm struggling to get my protein in but have no issue getting 70+ ounces of fluid each day. I'm at about 40 g of protein on average daily. I solely eat meat and not much of it. I'm just not really ever hungry. I get busy at work and forget that I need to eat. Protein shakes arent an option as they disgust me since surgery.
Hopefully this is just another "stall" and I'll be back on track in a few days.
