Thanks for your reply! I wish you the best with your surgery tomorrow. I honestly want someone to be there but due to their schedules, it's not possible. I'm wondering also who will keep with my personal belongings?

My preop diet begins Thursday. I'm glad I got to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner with family. I didn't overdue it as much as I thought I would, considering all I have been thinking about is FOOD!! I was craving my favorite food at a restaurant yesterday and just had to have it, but once it was before me I really didn't enjoy it that much. I need to go to the grocery store today, but I feel like I'm going to buy a bunch of junk food when I get there....is this considered the food funeral period??

My surgery is December 18th so I will be on liquids for Christmas. I think that's what I'm focused on.

Oh, I forgot to add that I'm having my endoscope in the morning. I was told they give you numbing medicine for your nose and throat and that the procedure only lasts a few minutes.
