    Stomach stretching

Sanju....I cannot speak from experience of a sleeve, but I do know being a gastric bypass patient, I can eat more some days then others. Maybe contact your Drs office and see if there is a reason to be concerned? Best of luck to you! We are all on the same journey here...lose weight and get healthy! There is no such thing as One Size Fits All...in my opinion [emoji4]

    Three weeks out

    Yep! Normal [emoji106]
  12. I agree with the others...you don't need much post op...I bought all these different protein powders and hardly used them...I resorted back to the premade Premier chocolate protein shakes that I like the best...I'm almost 4 months post op and I drink one a day and get the rest of my protein from food....As for vitamins...Flinstones chewables were my go to and really reasonably priced at Walmart. Good luck!!
  13. I am almost 11 weeks post op and I find myself crying way more then I did pre op...Just curious if men have this issue too? Women are hormonal messes!
  14. Looking for some food advice/ideas to help me reach my 600-800 calories I should be getting 11 weeks post op. On a good day I'm around 500 calories. I'm at the point where I can have 2-3oz of protein but I struggle even getting 1.5 oz . So far today I had my protein shake for breakfast. 116 calories....for lunch...1 oz grilled chicken, 1 oz fresh mozzarella and half a small banana for a total of 144 calories. Not sure what to eat! Any advice would be greatly appreciated [emoji3]

    Crackers

My NUT said that if you have a cracker or two to be sure to pair it with protein. Tuna, chicken, cheese, lunch meat...etc...

    Stomach trouble

Maybe you would benefit from a probiotic. Reintroduce good bacteria back into your gut. It helped me [emoji3]

    Dreaming... about clothes

I'm excited but nervous about clothes shopping....I've always had to buy whatever fits so I don't have much fashion sense! I don't know where to start [emoji16] I have a closet full of clothes that I was going to "work" my way into ...well now I'm working my way out of them so it's getting close to shopping time. [emoji15] Happy shopping everyone [emoji106]

    Mini Gastric Bypass Questions

I wish I could answer your questions...unfortunately I know nothing about the mini bypass. It is completely normal to be scared. It's a huge lifestyle change! I had the full bypass almost 3 months ago and food hasn't been an issue for me...I'm just not hungry!
