I'm going on 1 week post op and I'm on clear liquids for 2 weeks so Id bet I'm not close to that lol I think your probably fine for 2 weeks out but you can always talk to your dr!

I am 5 days post op as well and having that issue as well. I'm on clear liquids along with protein shakes so I don't expect much from my gi tract but liquid. Not fun though! Feel better!!!

Congrats! So far sounds like a good recovery!

Hey guys! Sleeved 11/19 discharged from the hospital yesterday 11/21. First/second day were very hard for me. I had extremely bad nausea, vomiting, dry heaves. Any time I changed position/walked - it happened. Was not excepting that at all. I'm starting really slow. Drinking 1-2 oz of Clear liquids now that I'm home but it's been hard. Need to start Protein tomorrow and in not sure how well that's going to go. I did get all my Vitamins in today so that's the only thing I feel I've been able to accomplish. Defiantly harder then I thought it would be. I'm really worried I'm not going to be able to get the protein in and that it will just make me sick. Hope everyone else is doing well xo

So I was scheduled for 930am. Just about to leave when I get the call, the sterilizer machine broke so all the surgical cases in the hospital were cancelled. Was on clears for 2 days, was told to stay on clears and they would try to get me in tomorrow. Got the phone call at 5pm, nope. Probably won't happen till Monday/Tuesday of next week. I'm sooooo disappointed. I'm actually a nurse at that hospital so I understood that weird things happen, but why on my surgical day!!! I feel like I need to get into that mind frame again. Now I feel run down and possibly getting a cold. And word of encouragement would be helpful! I'm trying to stay positive, but it's hard to after today!!!!
