I had the same problem during our dinner with friends in Thanksgiving. I took my water with me. The people around me were so focus on eating their own food and talk that they didn't realize I ate only 4 grapes and tiny peace of turkey. I sat down at the table and I just talked with others and nobody asked me anything. -

I took two weeks, but not heavy lifting. All depend on your activity work. After 5 days I felt great to work but wait one more week to rest. -

Too long you should be more regularly. Ask your dr. I had the same problem and they prescribed me suppositories, milk of magnesium and stool softener pills. -
Yes at the beginning without the peel

Check with your primary doctor so he can do some blood test. Probably you are anemic you are not absorbing all the nutrients.
