  1. I am 2 years out (well 18 days shy of) and find myself eating things I should not be eating -and eating too much! I really need to get back to the basics. I am hoping that with summer bad habits slowly ticking away with cool weather coming I can get back on track. 12 hour work days really diminish the idea of working out (in my mind) - - I should go out TODAY and get me a food journal - (I keep track better if I write it out that on a phone app) - -Congrats to all of you on your weight loss - I was down 80lbs - but have gained 10 back this summer being BAD!!!

  4. Hang in there! Talk to your Dr - or someone at the office to see what they think of your diet to see if changes need to be made. Are you exercising like you should? Getting your fluids? Fatigue is a symptom of dehydration! When was your surgery?

    i located different nutritional facts while surfing this site - 88 cal - 3.3 carb - 9.2 Protein - 4 fat - however I need the servings size if anyone knows it

    This sounds really good - and easy! I am headed to grocery tomorrow to grab few items to finish out my "mushy food" week. I read the nutrition facts on this - - really 960 calories?? That seems like a lot for one serving. *Edit update** I found other nutritional information on this site - 88 calories, 3.3 carbs, 9.2 Protein, 4 fat - DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE SERVING SIZE IS?
