I'm four and half months out and have lost just over 4 stone which I'm thrilled about plus feel great . But Iv just noticed some of my old habits creeping back and all the shit food goes down so much easier than the good stuff . Why am I trying to sabotage everything . Hello It's really hard to eat the stuff we should not be eating and it seems to go down much easier than the good stuff or maybe that's just me .

Nearly 4 months out 4th period and oh my god how heavy are my periods. Never like this before. I do hope it stops soon and goes back to how it used to be. Can anyone explain more why this happens ?

10 weeks since sleeved and can still only eat a few mouthful is this right ?

Hi sleeved on 5th Nov Christmas has been challenging but made it through with out eating too much crap. How are u doing ??????????????

To start feeling normal again ie not tired not in pain and to start eating normal food it took me 7 weeks. t 7 weeks I started to have loads of energy too . Best of luck x

Oh joy how hard is it with all the Christmas food around !!! Got to sit round a table of 16 today pretending to eat Christmas dinner. When in truth can only manage 4/5 mouthfuls . It's sooooooo hard. Oh well here I go lol Sorry just moaning Happy Christmas and good luck for today guys xxx

It very early give yourself some time. I'm just 8 weeks tomorrow and only just feel like a sort of normal person again ie no pain ect . Still can only eat 2 / 3 spoonfuls . It's a big thing you had done and will take your body time to recover. Wishing you feel much better very soon Tracy x

Very normal, things for me changed last week at 7 weeks . Energy levels ect xx

Help !!!! Has anyone been like me since surgery? Iv been horrible to my partner , I don't know if it's hormonal or what !! just can't help myself . He has done everything to try and help but I just keep pushing him away. Things before where fine . I seemed to have turned in to she devil........ help

Where are you from ? I was told your bmi had to be over 36 with a medical condition or 37 with out. With the little you have to loss in surprised they are letting you hence why I asked where u are from . It's not easy and not sure I would do if if I started at you weight. But all that said each to there own. Good luck if you go ahead with it xx

I'm 4 weeks out but still have very little energy !!! I'm not lazy and get on but so tired as soon as I do something .Very jealous of all people on here who are already exercising. Taking vit ,protein, drink water ,ect. Help !!!! Is it normal

Hello I'm not very religious but know there must be something more out there . I'm also not very good with words. But felt the need to send you my wishes to you and your family. What a terrible time you are all going through life seems very unfair at time and no one can answer why this happening to your family. You have an infect in it like my mum did by the sounds of things. Get to Dr and he will put you on antibiotics Good luck xx

Hello Sorry to here your in pain it's not nice but believe me it does stop very soon . 22 days out in lots of pain till day 10 then change to not so sore . Now almost no pain. Just itchy on my scars . Each day is such a journey mad one but a journey.... Take care Tracy

Hello I'm 3 weeks out today. My doctor gave me suppositories for pain relief which meant I did not have to have anything pass my new tiny stomach. Still have some bruising which hurts a little but apart from that fine . Be kind to your new stomach and remember most of the need to eat is just head hunger. As your new tummy is not ready for food yet. I think we should all be kind to ourself we v all had major surgery it takes time to get over . Best of luck all xxx
