Was so glad to started the puréed foods stage - was getting quite sick of liquids!
I've been having thick soups for this so I've been trying different variations everyday. So far I've had red lentil Soup, potato and celery, butternut squash and sweet potato, broccoli and cauliflower.
I tried mashed potatoes yesterday but I feel like it was a bit too heavy for me.. Three spoons in and I felt a weight on my chest! But yoghurt has been working a treat so that's my go to thing now.
