I'm 55-years old and I've started down the road to have gastric bypass surgery next year - I'm hoping I'll have all my clearances and insurance approval by the end of March or April (happy birthday to me!). I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis for my 30th birthday (25-years ago). I would love to meet up with other MS patients that have either had or are on the road to have surgery.

I have also been training in Martial Arts for about 3-years now (currently my only exercise). My goal and plans are to test for my Black Belt in July 2016.

I have 2-sons (step but we don't use that word in my family) and 9-grandchildren and 4-great-grandchildren. I want to play and run with them.

I'm excited to read and continue to learn more about this exciting change I'm making in my life.
