Yes. It will depend on how you are healing/recuperating and his protocol. If you are ever unsure or unclear, always ask for clarification. Some doctor's do a blanket 6 weeks post-op, others 3 months. It will vary program to program.My doctor said everything is OK and I'm much better. But he didn't tell me when I can do my exercises ...Then that's what you ask. Can I exercise?
