I've been taking 3 Colace tablets every night it seems to keep me going. You need to call the doctor first to get cleared out first. Sorry I know its painful. -
Hello I'm a newbie got sleeved two weeks ago. So far everything has gone smoothly. I'm hoping that continues as I start a new food stage tomorrow of all days Thanksgiving. Fortunately I have a 3 wk old granddaughter that I plan to enjoy while the rest of the family eats and goes back for seconds. I'm taking my mini food processor to puree my food. Have a great thanksgiving everyone.

Hello fellow Hoosier, I'm a week and a half post op from VSG doing great. I worked with St Francis. Great people! The time goes fast even though it seems like forever at times, can't believe I'm on the other side now. Best of luck to you. I don't regret anything.

11/11 sleeved I'm 56 so I am in the same boat you were in. Knees are giving out along with BP, type 2, high cholesterol sleep apnea. Can't wait for better happier days. -

Pea523 first couple of days are a little rough with soreness and trying to keep from getting tied up in a knot with everything attached to you. I'm one week out today and I'm doing great. Just take it easy and you'll be feeling better very soon. Good luck. -

I'm really struggling to get my water in. All the other food items have gone well but water kinda hurts when it goes down. And all the vitamins and pills are unbelievable. Glad I have a chart for when to take them or I'd be missing something. Better days are coming I keep telling myself. -

Doing really good today lucked out not have nausea. Been walking the floors and just had a kitty bath. Think I get to go home as soon as I can go to the bathroom. Hope everyone else has such a good surgery and recovery start. -

Keep drinking!!! Water, decaf coffee, tea, crystal light. I'm drinking a lot. I've been lucky and no headaches from pre op diet. Hope yours stop. -

One week from now my surgery will be over! Getting nervous but excited. Pre-op diet going well I can't say I've been hungry unless it is time to eat again. I've lost 9 lbs so far so hopefully a few more before next Wednesday. Good luck everyone. We are gonna be fabulous and healthier. -
