I finally found a protein I like! It's not a shake, it's clear protein. It does give you a bit of dry mouth but at least I'm not gagging! Woo Hoo!

I haven't tried the Apple melon yet, I will look for it next time. I also like the chocolate Premier the best out of all the shakes. I am not a milk or chocolate milk drinker so I knew it wouldn't be a daily drink for me. But it's good to curb the chocolate craving! Thanks everyone for the encouragement! Surgery is on Thursday! -
I am Nov 19th! I a so very excited and nervous at the same time! I have a 2 year old and hope I get my energy back soon after!
