  1. I've been looking at the Before & After photos and one thing is clear...women, our bodies do not spring to life like the men I see on here....we need an extra umph to get and keep our fat burning factories going. And to re-shape the body being revealed beneath our layers of "padding." So instead of sitting here on my computer, I'm going to go work out. And that oughta feel pretty darn good!

Wow, did working out feel good! And feeling better. so very happy I made the choice to "work it out" with my body and not my mouth (eating). However, I must agree with you ladies, I see beautiful people of both genders, as well. Those were simply my reflections upon seeing men who lost weight very quickly compared to my weight loss. After 30 pounds of weight loss, I look almost exactly the same. That is what really got me thinking. If paring the weight off isn't changing how I look, it just occurred to me that I needed to step it up a notch. I am on the Wellness Team at work and I've been doing research related to our "Lighten Up" campaign that started Jan 1. According to my research, dieting is about losing weight, but exercise is about reshaping what is beneath - our muscles. That was what I was referring to. Hope you ladies are doing well and finding success along your path!
